Hadajo J. Ferguson, MS, MPH, is a sustainability strategist focused on advancing equitable and climate-resilient development.
Her work sits at the intersection of urban development, public health, and community-centered systems change. With experience across consulting, nonprofit, and infrastructure sectors, she has led ESG strategy, community engagement, and social impact initiatives supporting large-scale development and sustainability programs.
Hadajo currently serves as Social Responsibility Manager and holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
